Terms & Conditions

• Session Fee: All counselling sessions are $130 (including GST). Online payments may include standard transaction fees.

• Payment: Card details will be required at the time of booking online to secure your session. Following your counselling session, you will be invoiced with full payment due within 7-days via bank transfer. Should payment not be received within the 7-day period, the card details used to secure your session will be automatically charged (note: processing fees apply for card payments).

• Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule at no cost.

  • Within 24 hours: The full session fee will be charged. The card used to pay your deposit will be charged automatically.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will shorten your session, as all sessions finish at the scheduled time. The full fee still applies.

• I adhere to the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) Code of Ethics, ensuring safe, ethical, and professional practice at all times. You are welcome to read the full Code of Ethics for more information.
