Terms & Conditions

• Session Fee: All counselling sessions are $130 (including GST).

• Payment: Following your counselling session, you will be invoiced with full payment due within 7-days via bank transfer. 

​

• Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule at no cost.

  • Within 24 hours: You will be invoiced $100 for the session. 

​

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will shorten your session, as all sessions finish at the scheduled time. The full fee still applies.

• I adhere to the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) Code of Ethics, ensuring safe, ethical, and professional practice at all times. You are welcome to read the full Code of Ethics for more information.
