Session Fee: All counselling sessions are $130 (including GST). Online payments may include standard transaction fees.

Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for both in-person and online sessions. The remaining balance (50%) is due after your session. You may choose to pay 100% upfront if preferred.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule at no cost.

Within 24 hours: The full session fee will be charged. The card used to pay your deposit will be charged automatically.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will shorten your session, as all sessions finish at the scheduled time. The full fee still applies.
