I’m a Master’s-qualified counselling therapist based in Cromwell, Central Otago, offering in-person and online counselling across Aotearoa New Zealand. I am a hearing therapist proficient in New Zealand Sign Language, here to support both Deaf and hearing clients.
I'm all about keeping conversations real, because life can be hard at times. Our work together is a collaborative process focused on understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface—whether that’s anxiety, overwhelm, or patterns that feel hard to shift - including how your nervous system reacts and protects you. Together, we explore practical and emotional ways forward, guided by what matters most to you.
Alongside my therapy practice, I’m a Senior Tutor at Massey University, supporting counselling students in their professional growth. This keeps my work grounded in current research, reflection, and ongoing development.

At Attuned Counselling, I offer a calm and inclusive space for adults, Deaf clients (I am a hearing practitioner fluent in NZSL) and mothers navigating life’s changes, challenges, and emotions. My work is guided by a pluralistic approach - meaning I tailor each session to suit your individual needs, drawing from different counselling methods to find what works best for you.
Every session is delivered through an inclusive and culturally attuned lens, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and respected - whoever you are and wherever you’re at.

Offering counselling with the deaf in NZSL, so you can connect and reflect without an interpreter.
